PAYMENT POLICY

Upfront Payment Policy online Payment is due upfront upon placing of your order.

ARTWORK & PRINT POLICY

What type of files are best for printing?
Print File Formats
.PDF (Preferred for most files)
.EPS (Preferred for large signs and banners)
.JPG (Preferred for images)
.TIFF (Preferred for high resolution images) All artworks must be approved and signed before production, you will receive the form by email, WhatsApp or any of our social media networks. Upon receiving your artwork approval, from or other wise in approved digital mockups an artwork.

IMAGE PLACEMENT & VARIANCE

We will do everything we can to ensure images are printed in a consistent location on all garments within a run.
However, small variations should be expected and we require a 3/4" acceptable variance. If a request is made for images to be printed near the tag area on the back of the shirt and directly over the tag, it could have small ink coverage inconsistencies and will be considered acceptable. If there are no requests made for specific locations, Naki Studio Corp will resort back to industry standard practices to ensure consistent placement.

INK COLOR & PANTONE MATCHING

We can not guarantee ink based on visual mockups alone due to monitors varying significantly from one computer to the next. As result, you finished product may look slightly different in color than your original artwork.

REORDER INK COLOR

Due to the nature of printing and dierent fabric lots, we cannot guarantee exact ink color matches on reorders.
We will make every effort to match the original color as best as possible.
If you know a reorder will be likely, please let us know and we’ll try to keep ink on hand if at all possible.

CHANGES & CANCELLATION POLICY

Order are immediately processed upon payment of order. Therefore, there is 20% restocking fee if you wish to cancel your order after you have paid. Orders can not be changed or canceled if the order has gone through the artwork approval stage.

TURNAROUND TIMES

Turnaround Time begins when:
• You have paid for the order in full.
• And your file is provided ready to print.
A. If you give us the file, it must meet our file requirements for print to avoid any production delays*
Or B. If we've created or designed it, form must be approved and signed for the turnaround time to start.
If your print order is submitted and approved by 12pm PST on any business day, turnaround time begins the same day. If it is submitted and approved after 12pm PST on any business day, production will begin the next business day. All turnaround times are based on type of job, business days and office hours: Monday through Friday 9am - 8pm Pacific Standard Time (PST), excluding all national and federal holidays. You will be notified of the estimated turnaround date, once we receive the signed approval form.
*Uploaded files are considered already approved, and we will print as is. However, files that do not meet our file requirements may cause delays, so turnaround time will begin when we have your print-ready file(s), not when the order was submitted

NAKI STUDIO CORP POLICY

Blank Apparel Orders
if you are unsure about your garment selection, it is recommended you order the blank apparel first.
Blank items can be shipped directly to you at full retail cost.

MANUFACTURE DEFECTS

Naki Studio Corp is not responsible for manufacturer defects such as color inconsistencies, mislabeled sizes, loose stitching, label inconsistencies, or other defects.
We do our best to inspect the garments as they are printed, but we cannot guarantee each one.

SHIPPING

We ship via USPS. A tracking number will be sent to you shortly after your order has left our facility.
Naki studio Corp will not be responsible for shipping transit complications for any reason such as errors, weather, strikes, or otherwise. Shipping time is not included in our turnaround times.
Shipping expenses are the sole responsibility of the client and will be added to your invoice unless we have a promotion code, Shipping costs will be included on the invoice. Naki studio Corp assumes no responsibility for goods once they have left our facility. We will not be responsible for shipping to a wrong address if it was listed on your quote and you failed to correct the address upon quote approval.

RATES

Orders will be billed based on USPS zone rates, plus an insurance fee of $2.00 per $100 of order value.

PACKAGING

All orders will be bulk packaged, generally folded by the dozen for large orders, unless stated otherwise.

RETURN POLICY

Policy
If the custom products you receive differ materially from what the invoice states, or if your order is considerably different than the artwork approval and print policy, then you may return the custom goods within 14 days.

Freight on Return

All returns must be sent back by freight prepaid, unless a prepaid label is provided.

Return Protocol

Sample products cannot be refused, cancelled, or returned.

Naki studio reserves the right to update prices, product specifications, and policies without prior notice.
